Why companies take this route

Serious software without the usual trade-offs

Most business software comes with a bill that climbs every year and a copy of your records sitting on a server you do not own. Once you are three years in, moving away costs more than staying. These four platforms were built the other way round.

Your data stays with you

Each platform installs inside your own setup, behind your own domain. Voice, recordings, transcripts, sales records and AI prompts stay where your own rules say they should.

One partner, one contract

Four platforms and four separate codebases, but a single commercial relationship and a team that already knows how the pieces fit together.

Costs that stop climbing

The licence is agreed against your real setup: sites, users, capacity and support level. Adding a branch or having a busy month does not move the price.

Roll-out is part of the deal

We handle the install, the hardening, the data move, the admin training and the device setup. What you end up with is a running system and staff who know how to use it.

Access is controlled from day one

There is no public sign-up on any of them. Accounts are created after review, scoped by company, branch, role and device, and every admin action goes into an audit record.

Built for mixed-language teams

Screens, captions and translation are handled inside the platform, right-to-left layouts included, so a workforce spread over several countries does not turn into an integration project.

The range

Four platforms, four different jobs

These are separate products, not modules of one suite. Each has its own admin panel, its own client app and its own install. Take one, or run all four next to each other.

Product 01

PTTHex

Under license of PTTHEX B.V. company

Push-to-talk voice for field teams that someone has to manage.

One setup links the customer panel that managers and dispatchers work in with the client app the field team carries. Channels, devices, roles, permissions and roll-out support all sit in the same place, so opening a branch or changing a shift pattern only takes a config change.

  • Install Runs on customer hardware, map tiles included, so there is no outside map provider in the loop.
  • Access A handset has to be approved on the customer side and pass a policy check before it can transmit.
  • Suits Logistics, facilities, field service, security, events and companies with many sites.

Push-to-talk voice

Press, hold and release to speak once the session is confirmed. It is the same action field crews already use on radio.

Channels and groups

Voice is split by branch, department, group, role and device instead of one long contact list.

Live map and dispatch

Team presence, position tracking and geofences, all served from your own install, for dispatchers who need the whole picture.

SOS and incidents

An emergency request is tracked from the moment it is raised until it is closed, with a named owner at each stage.

Location rules

Map and location features follow customer policy and device permissions. They stay off until you switch them on.

Notices and set messages

Approved updates go out as written, so nobody has to reword a safety instruction at two in the morning.

Internal and outside calls

Calls to internal extensions and approved outside numbers, gated by policy and logged like every other channel.

Translation and captions

Translation and transcription run inside your own install, so crews speaking different languages work from the same instruction.

Views by role

Managers, dispatchers, auditors and operators each get their own view, limited to what their job covers.

Shared ground rules

Different products, the same build rules

The four platforms do not share code, but they were built to the same set of rules. That is what makes running several of them together sensible instead of four separate jobs.

  1. 01

    Closed by default

Nothing is reachable until a rule allows it. Access is granted rather than assumed, and taking it back later is one action.

  2. 02

No off-the-shelf CMS, no forced SaaS

Public pages are our own code. There is no third-party content system to patch on a Friday night, and no subscription you have to keep paying to reach your own website.

  3. 03

Mail that is signed and rate limited

Every outgoing mail request is signed, throttled, protected against repeats, tied to a template and written to a log with personal data taken out.

  4. 04

    Nothing internal leaks out

Host paths, stack traces, framework versions, mail internals and private network detail never show up on a public page. That covers the error pages too.

  5. 05

    Proof from the live host

A build is not signed off because it worked on a laptop. Database, mail, forms, SEO, accessibility, speed and disclosure checks all have to pass on the real host first.

  6. 06

    Language support is built in

Translation, date and number formats and right-to-left layout are part of how content is stored, not a stylesheet trick added at the end.

Where it lands

Pick the platform by the problem

Logistics and field service

Teams spread over sites, vehicles and shifts who need voice right away, live position and a record of every incident.

PTTHexSayHex

Security and facilities

Guarding and maintenance work where an SOS has to reach a named person and get closed out on the record.

PTTHexRoomHex

Hospitality and venues

Restaurants, cafes and event spaces running service, kitchen, stock and ticketing from one account across several sites.

ManageHexSayHex

Education

Schools and universities that need attendance, breakouts, quizzes and lecture replay on hardware their own rules allow.

RoomHexSayHex

Healthcare and public sector

Places where recordings, transcripts and joiner details are not allowed to leave the organisation at all.

RoomHexPTTHex

Companies with many sites

Head office handing daily admin to branches while keeping group rules, oversight and reporting in place.

All four

How the work runs

From the first call to daily use

Four stages. Each one ends with something you can check for yourself.

  1. 1

    Scope

We go through your sites, headcount, current systems and the limits you cannot move on.

You get a written fit assessment and a rough licence shape.
  2. 2

    Pilot

A real install for one branch, one venue or one department, on your hardware, with your data, used by your own people.

You get a working setup and a decision you can back up.
  3. 3

    Deploy

Install, hardening, data move, policy setup, device onboarding and admin training across every site.

You get release evidence taken from your own host.
  4. 4

    Run

Support at the level you picked, with updates, security patches and new features on an agreed schedule.

You get one number to call instead of four.

Security and control

The questions your risk team will ask, answered up front

Every platform here is built for companies that have to explain their choices to an auditor, a regulator or a board.

Ask for the security overview
  • Where does the data live?

Inside your own install. On site, in your private cloud, or in managed hosting you have signed off.

  • Who can open an account?

Nobody on their own. There is no public sign-up on any panel, and access follows a review.

  • Can we prove who did what?

Admin actions go into an audit record built to be handed to an outside party, with personal data taken out.

  • What happens to recordings?

They stay in your storage, under your retention rules, and get approved before they go anywhere.

  • What breaks if we lose the supplier?

Nothing you run day to day. The install sits in your own setup and does not phone home to stay alive.

  • Are third-party trackers built in?

Public pages keep clear of forced third-party services, and analytics consent is handled by our own code.

Common questions

Before you book the call

Do we have to take all four?

No. Each product is installed and priced on its own. Most companies start with the one that solves the loudest problem and add more once the first install has proved itself.

Is this cloud software or something we run ourselves?

Running it yourself is the normal setup across all four, and SayHex also offers managed hosting. You pick where the work runs before the install starts, and it is not something we move later on your behalf.

What does it cost?

The licence is agreed per install. What moves the figure is where it is hosted, how much capacity and storage you need, how many branches and users there are, and the support level you want. There is no list price because there is no standard install.

Will it work with the systems we already have?

SayHex has a secure API, and other links are handled case by case while we scope the work. We would rather tell you at that stage that something is awkward than find out halfway through the roll-out.

Which languages are covered?

Screens are translated and right-to-left layouts are fully supported, Persian included. PTTHex and RoomHex also do translation, captions and transcripts inside the platform, so a mixed-language team does not depend on an outside service.

How fast can a pilot be running?

That comes down to how ready your own infrastructure is. Once the environment and the access rules are agreed, a single-site pilot is short work, and we will give you a date at the end of the scoping call rather than a vague range now.

Next step

Tell us the problem. We will say which platform fits, or that none of them do.

The first call is a working conversation about your sites, your limits and your timing. If none of these four is the right answer for you, we would rather say so in week one.
